Palex achieves DIN EN 15038:2006 certification

We always strive to provide the highest quality services to our clients, so we are pleased to announce that our company has been certified compliant with DIN EN 15038:2006 — a quality standard designed specially for the translation industry by the European Committee for Standardization in 2006.

This standard specifies in detail the process of managing translation orders and includes definition of terms, contracts, and organization of the translating process. Under the European Standard DIN EN 15038, translation providers must conform to specific requirements in the following fields:

  • human and technical resources,
  • quality and project management,
  • contractual framework,
  • service procedures,
  • translation process,
  • all other aspects associated with the provision of the translation services.

This is Palex’s second certification, the first being ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management certification, which we received last summer.
