We have a strong position in the localization market as one of the few companies not only providing quality services into many languages, but also using smart systems to do so. Thanks to our location, we have access to highly qualified IT resources (Tomsk has six large universities, three of which specialize in IT), so with our strong management team and great IT potential we aim to expand our handling of complex localization projects. Project managers at Palex are assigned to projects according to their level of proficiency and experience. The team handles different projects ranging from simple translation request to complex and intricate multilingual project involving several production teams and dozens of off-site resources. Uniquely combining management, linguistics and IT skills, managers are not considered only as an intermediate chain passing the files and comments. They bear full responsibility and take full control of each project, researching and analyzing the requirements, creating efficient workflows, setting competent tasks for the production teams, be it translation, DTP, QA or engineering, and closely monitoring the project status and the work of all resources involved.
