Why use standard processes when there is a chance to solve the project challenge quicker, better and with greater cost-savings? Project management policy at Palex is encouraging the use of extraordinary solutions and unconventional methods allowing to significantly improve implementation process and project results. Continuously striving for competitive edge, we create innovative solutions, helping us win customers. All project workflows get regular critical reviews to identify the areas for improvement and optimization in the areas of technological processes, quality, costs or delivery time. The findings of the reviews are used to adjust project workflows for refining the processes and improving the results. Every project starts out in a discussion with its potential manager. To better serve you, the manager needs to know about your file formats, the volume of words or pages, what languages are involved, and your preferred delivery date, as well as other information. Our managers take all your requirements into account and work hard to find a solution that works for you. As soon as we’ve worked out the details, you pass your localization kit to the manager. The manager keeps his or her hand on the pulse, ensuring that each localization step is completed in time and that quality checks are satisfactory. Quality checks are carried out at least twice within the project life cycle. As soon as the final files have been approved, the project manager prepares the delivery package and presents it to you. If you would like to see how we work with your projects, we have prepared a PowerPoint presentation. |
